The Collaboration
Kotak Mahindra Bank, one of the largest financial institutions in India came up with a ‘add-on account’ product for their cardholders. It enabled primary users to onboard secondary users unto their account, giving a great opportunity for first-time bankers, or elderly family members to have a safe and secure entry-point. Titled ‘Spendz’, we worked on both the in-app digital journey, alongside communication design collaterals as part of the GTM strategy.
