boAt, an Indian consumer electronics brand founded in 2014, is known for its affordable and stylish wireless audio products and smartwatches. To address critical feedback on their 'Crest' app's user flows and discoverability, boAt partnered with Onething. We collaborated to redesign the app, focusing on aligning journeys with users' mental models for a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
