Opportunities discovered

CRO analysis

We identified the key metrics that HK product team was focussing to improve and analysed conversions through various flows.

Inclusive Appeal

HK's platform seemed focussed towards gym goers and bodybuilders. With the new IA we structured it in a a manner to have a more inclusive for health and wellness products.

Upselling Opportunities

With the wide range of SKU's HK needed flows that allow organic upselling opportunities. This would improve cart value over time and help users in trying new products from the brand.

Data Driven Design

With a dynamic backend we had an opportunity to test various user flows to optimise for conversion and improve platform efficiency through design
