The Collaboration

Capri Loans, one of India’s fastest-growing NBFCs empowering underserved communities, joined hands with us to redesign their corporate website. The goal? To craft a digital experience that not only reflects their strong legacy but also speaks to the aspirations of a new, digital-first generation of borrowers and investors.

From strategy and storytelling to design and implementation, we worked closely with the Capri team to bring a modern, responsive, and accessible website to life — one that showcases their impact, builds trust, and supports business growth.

Opportunities discovered

Accessible Navigation

Featuring 100+ products in a marketplace model, the navigation was to be robust enough to showcase all offerings, while straightforward enough to not overwhelm users.

Real Imagery & Relatability

Unlike many other NBFC's in India, CapriLoans caters to those across tier-1 and tier-2 cities, with customers from various socioeconomic backgrounds. The design was to be accessible enough to be easily accessible for users at various stages of tech-literacy.

Relatable, 'Hinglish' Copy

Catering to a diverse audience, the CapriLoans brand was to speak in 'Hinglish', a combination of Hindi and English. This brought about many considerations not only from a design, but also an SEO perspective.

Transparency & Engagement

To make the site more immersive and sticky, we implemented various calculators and interactive sections, allowing users to visualise their loan/product, placing them in the driver seat to make a decision.
